Strength and Movement Training
Don't accept aches and stiffness as unavoidable aspects of aging! Adding strength and movement training to your life can help you do the activities you love pain-free, as well as prevent future injuries. And of course it'll make everyday life all the easier!
How do we work to achieve that? Our primary focus will be on improving your mobility or range of movement. But mobility also depends on stability. And to improve stability we're gonna work on your core and glute strength, we're gonna work on getting you moving more correctly using functional movements, and we're gonna precede all that with some mobility tools such as foam rolling, stretching with bands, and good warmups!
